Since the Aš Museum focuses on collecting information about the Aš Region as well as the textile industry, a large library with a variety of materials and books that deal with these topics has been established there over the years. All these materials and books are available in the research office, which is located in the mansion (zámeček) (in 3 Mikulášská Street).

Those who are interested in stone crosses and other minor monuments can read books dealing with these topics in the premises of the research office.

Opening hours of the research office are the same as the opening hours of the Aš Museum.
